Responsible for facilitating and dealing with the employee relations matters – disciplinary, grievance handling among others - and escalating where necessary
In liaison with HRCO supervise that the implementation of internal regulations. S/he is responsible for executing recruitment activities ensuring transparency and equity and issuing job offers conveniently in order to meet HR needs.
Responsible for Loki Payroll, ensuring Homere is up to date i.e. correct pay slip elements on Homere (paid holidays, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.) in order to ensure accurate and on time payroll payment
Responsible for informing all new staff on staff regulations, HR policies and regulations and/or living conditions in order to facilitate staff integration and their security.
Responsible for ensuring employee contract related activities (file opening and formal documentation archiving, personal data updating, amendments, termination dates supervision, etc.) are in order to in compliance to legal requirements.
Responsible for on boarding process. Ensure availability to explain the contract terms and the content of internal regulation (rights and obligations) to newly recruited personnel in order to ensure legal compliance and local integration. Provides support to projects in South Sudan for instance as gap fill for the project’s HR/Fin Admins when necessary
How to apply:
Degree in Human Resources or administration related studies
Essential, working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
Desirable experience with MSF or other NGOs in developing countries
